4. Pricing and VAT

Sage Leaf Clinic reserves the right to update pricing at any time. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate unless otherwise mutually agreed.

VAT

Sage Leaf Clinic is not registered for VAT.

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of VAT, and no VAT is charged.

If VAT registration becomes applicable in the future, pricing will be updated accordingly.

5. Session Length

Sessions typically last approximately 55 minutes, although duration may vary depending on individual needs and treatment requirements.

Initial consultations may take longer.

6. Appointments, Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments are scheduled in advance.

Cancellation Notice

At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged at the full session fee (100%).

This fee reflects the time reserved specifically for the client.

Discretion to Waive Fee

Sage Leaf Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive or reduce the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Accidents
  • Unforeseen serious events

Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Early Cancellations and Refunds

If payment has been made in advance and cancellation occurs with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued upon request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

7. Late Arrival

If a client arrives late, the session may need to be shortened to avoid disruption to other appointments. The full session fee may still apply.

8. Health and Suitability

Clients must inform the practitioner of relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or health changes.

Treatment may be declined or postponed if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Enquiries

Submitting a contact form:

  • Does not create a contractual relationship
  • Does not guarantee appointment availability
  • Is used solely to respond to enquiries

All information provided must be accurate.
